Support Engineer – CENTUM T&S Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes, aider les utilisateurs et évoluer dans un environnement technique de haut niveau ? Alors vous allez adorer ce challenge. Présente en France, aux États-Unis, au Canada et en Allemagne, l'entreprise couvre tout le cycle de vie du produit et soutient les organisations dans leurs projets de R&D et d'innovation. Votre rôle Vous rejoignez notre équipe IT pour assurer un support de qualité dans un environnement technique stimulant. Au quotidien, vous : • Résolvez les tickets via un ITSM (type Jira ServiceDesk)• Assurez un support local et à distance, y compris en face-à-face • Installez, configurez et maintenez le matériel (SCCM ou équivalent)• Surveillez les systèmes, réseaux et infrastructures • Optimisez les processus et contribuez aux projets d'innovation • Participez aux initiatives de sécurité informatique • Enrichissez la base de connaissances interne (Wiki)• Rédigez la documentation technique • Anticipez les incidents et proposez des solutions durables Valeurs, croyances et attitudes clés • Établir un climat de confiance avec les utilisateurs et les équipes • Adaptabilité, réactivité au changement et autonomie • Apprentissage continu et recherche d'amélioration • Attitude proactive, positive et orientée solution • Esprit d'équipe et sens du service naturellement développé Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir • Formation en IT ou expérience équivalente • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en support informatique • Maîtrise des environnements Windows et Linux • Connaissances réseaux LAN, TCP/IP et virtualisation • Maîtrise d'Active Directory et de SCCM (ou équivalent)• Compréhension des enjeux de sécurité informatique • Connaissance des outils bureautiques et de monitoring • Français courant ; anglais opérationnel apprécié • Bonus : maîtrise d'outils tels que DOORS, Reqtify Avantages • Salaire compétitif • Voiture de société + carte carburant • 20 jours de congés annuels avec possibilité de report/emprunt • 12 jours de RTT • Assurances DKV complètes : ambulatoire, dentaire et hospitalisation • Assurance pension complémentaire • Formations, certifications et évolution de carrière encouragées Envie de nous rejoindre ?
