The position As a Business Analyst , you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams within complex Telecommunications environments .
Thanks to your technical background (developer, tester, system engineer or similar), you are able to deeply understand IT systems, architectures and constraints, and translate business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements.
You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility and quality standards.
Collecting, analyzing and formalizing business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
Participating in testing phases (functional validation, UAT) and ensuring requirements traceability
Contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies in a Telecom context
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in Telecommunications
Strong understanding of IT systems, APIs, data flows and software development lifecycles
Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
Fluent English is mandatory
Dutch (NL) is a strong plus (French is also appreciated)
