Solution Architect
Architectural Leadership : Define and implement end-to-end architecture solutions for IT initiatives, ensuring they meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
Collaboration : Work with requirement owners, domain architects, and IT engineers to build high-quality solutions.
Bridge the gap between Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and domain target architectures.
Develop reusable solution patterns and building blocks and actively drive the evolution of Solution Architecture and Software Engineering practices.
10 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly as a solution architect on large-scale transformation projects.
~ NET/Angular/PEGA/Azure/Adobe/Kafka/SQL/Mainframe backends/SaaS packages.
~ Familiarity with integration and data technologies, and experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks like Angular is advantageous.
~ Autonomy : Capable of conducting architectural analysis and providing pragmatic suggestions with minimal mentorship.
~ Identify the need for change and propose innovative solutions to improve IT delivery processes.
~ Strong communication skills to advocate for architectural recommendations to project teams and senior management.
~ Mentorship : Ability to build positive relationships and mentor new team members in solutions architecture.
~ Financial Services : Experience in the Financial Services industry and a good understanding of COI processes and the related regulatory environments is beneficial.
~ Language Skills : Proficiency in English is required.
