In deze rol als Technical Solutions Engineer in de regio Gent ondersteun je het salesteam op technisch vlak, geef je technische trainingen, en werk je aan gevarieerde projecten zoals WiFi Site Surveys. Je komt terecht in een internationaal team waar kennisdeling, uitdaging en werkplezier centraal staan.

Kappa Data is een ambitieuze en onafhankelijke Value Added Distributor, gespecialiseerd in Infrastructure, (Cyber) Security en Internet of Things. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in De Pinte (België) en met vestigingen in Nederland (Utrecht), Frankrijk en Polen, bouwen we met zo’n 100 collega’s elke dag aan de verdere groei van onze organisatie.

TAKEN Als Technical Solutions Engineer bij Kappa Data België speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze technische dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt. Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd, met een duidelijke focus op technische en presales ondersteuning, technische kennisoverdracht, en optioneel ook WiFi Site Surveys bij klanten.

Technische ondersteuning sales team:  Je geeft technische ondersteuning aan het sales team. Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt voor de collega’s en helpt hen waar nodig.
Technische trainingen:  Je geeft technische trainingen aan een technisch publiek van IT-professionals en verdiept je in de oplossingen van onze vendoren. Kappa Data is een authorized training center voor het merendeel van de vendoren in het portfolio. Door jouw direct contact met de klant versterk je de samenwerking tussen distributeur, reseller en eindklant.
Leergierigheid: je staat altijd open om bij te leren en jezelf technisch te verdiepen.
Kennisdeling: je vindt het fijn om je kennis te delen met collega’s en klanten via trainingen of workshops.
Gedrevenheid: je hebt zin om mee het verschil te maken in ons team.
Gestructureerde aanpak: je werkt georganiseerd, documenteert helder en houdt rekening met planning.
Kennis van of interesse in de cybersecurity wereld: Certificaties in vendoroplossingen die we verdelen zijn een plus, maar geen must (zoals presales certificaten, technische certificaten).
