Join Capgemini as a SAP Project Manager, and establish a long term relationship with our major customer, helping them optimizing their SAP transformation journeys. YOUR ROLE As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will lead complex SAP programs and projects across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end SAP projects (S/4HANA and ECC), from initiation to go-live and post-go-live support. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and risks. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methodologies. Support pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations. YOUR PROFILE Proven experience (7+ years) in SAP project management, ideally with S/4HANA. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification is a plus. Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong asset. Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
