Overview
As a Senior Data Consultant, you will help organizations to leverage their data to gain insights, make informed decisions, and drive business growth. This position combines sharp analytical skills, business acumen, and technical know-how to turn data into actionable insights and support key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Use statistical tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, SAS, Databricks) to perform data analysis.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive models to support business strategies.
Consulting and Advisory:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and drive growth.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Required qualifications
Technical skills : Over 3 years of experience in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, R and Databricks. Proficient in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI. Familiar with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL.
Consulting Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able of understanding client requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and presenting recommendations to diverse audiences.
Languages skills: fluent in Dutch or French with a very good knowledge of English.
Academic background: Master in Finance / Business Engineer / Computer Science / Data Science / or a related field. Certifications in related domains such as data visualization, machine learning, and database management is a strong plus.
