Job description And in detail
Inspection Générale (IG) Hub Brussels & Factor is an integral part of BNP Paribas IG and plays a vital role in the corporate governance of the BNP Paribas Group. As a member of the audit team, you stay updated on developments within one of the following businesses: Retail and Private Banking, Corporate and Institutional Banking, Factoring, Asset Management, Insurance, Personal Finance, Financial and Operational Leasing, Risk, Compliance, Finance and other functions. 
You’ll create value by: 
Assessing processes, risks, and internal controls, executing audits per BNP Paribas IG standards 
Providing actionable findings to drive the business mission. Delivering assurance to management on top-notch internal control quality 
Collaborating on IG projects and flexible investigations 
Maintaining an updated internal and external network and staying current with developments in your field 
As part of the IG Hub, you'll have extensive networking opportunities, connecting with diverse teams and individuals, fostering new career pathways across various functions within the bank. Additionally, you'll have the chance to conduct audits in different areas of the BNP Paribas Group, expanding your horizons even further. 
Profile Your talents and skills
You proactively and enthusiastically contribute as a team player with a professional, results-driven, and client-oriented approach 
You’re able to combine in-depth analytical and synthesis skills while maintaining an independent mindset. 
You’re an effective communicator and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French and Dutch - oral and written. 
Common MS Office applications have no secrets for you 
You have a Master’s degree and 3 to 5 years external or internal audit experience 
A strong finance and accounting background and/or expertise in auditing digitalised processes are valuable assets 
You are ready to delve deeper about audit techniques, internal control, governance and other BNPP Fortis businesses. 
You aim to achieve a professional certification (a.o. Certified Internal Auditor, Executive Master in Internal Auditing, …) within 2 years, setting yourself up for success
