SUPPORT & CLOUD ENGINEER - Deinze Voor een productiebedrijf regio Deinze, met 3 vestigingen en 500 medewerkers, zijn we op zoek naar een Support & Cloud Engineer. Ze zijn een snelgroeiende speler in een nichemarkt waar verdere digitalisatie ook een heel belangrijke pijler is. Functie: In deze rol krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket: Je staat in voor opvolging van problemen en incidenten. Je bewaakt de operationele status van IT-systemen en netwerken, en voert onderhoud uit om optimale werking te garanderen. Je beheert en monitort de Azure omgeving : zowel basis onderhoud en updates als alle projecten mbt Azure & Cloud. Naast de reeds lopende zaken, ga je zelf ook kritisch de omgeving bekijken en voorstellen doen /uitwerken rond optimalisatie en beveiliging. Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en stelt verbeteringen voor. Je documenteert updates, procedures en incidenten nauwkeurig en bouwt mee aan de interne kennisbank. Je werkt ad hoc mee aan IT projecten (on prem/ datamigraties/...) Profiel: Bij voorkeur heb je een relevante bachelor opleiding of heb je minstens een 5tal jaar ervaring in en soortgelijke functie. Je communiceert vlot en helder met alle collega's. Je zegt wat je doet en je doet wat je zegt. Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Engels. Je bent een positief ingestelde teamspeler met empathie en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je hebt een sterke interesse in automatisatie en digitalisatie. Technische skills: Je hebt kennis van/ervaring met: Opvolgen van monitoringtools, incidentbeheer Azure : Entra, Intune, fileshare, cloudplatform, ... M365, Sharepoint, ... Algemeen systeembeheer: Servers, network(protocollen), beveiliging, ...
