NOWA HR is a full-service HR agency with three pillars: in-depth HR consulting, temporary HR support, and recruitment & selection of HR profiles. We collaborate with clients to solve their specific HR challenges and assist in finding the right HR talents, both on a temporary and permanent basis.
As a Payroll Project Consultant, you will focus on temporary HR projects for our clients, with an emphasis on payroll and/or comp&ben. Your versatile role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of Hard HR projects and participate in a variety of projects.

Your responsibilities include:
- Working at one or more companies, ranging from SME's to larger enterprises across various sectors, all within your region.
- Providing payroll and HR support to clients who need your expertise.
- Engaging in projects within one or multiple HR domains, including payroll, comp&ben, and the further professionalization of HR policies.
- Matching you with a project that aligns with your experience and expectations.
- Managing one or more projects per week, either short-term or long-term.
Profile:
- First experience in payroll and/or compensation & benefits.
- Curious, flexible and ready to work in different HR departments or take the lead yourself.
- You thrive on variety – consulting offers diversity in workplace, tasks, and sectors.
- Eager to grow, learn, and gain new experiences. You take charge of your career; we provide the framework
- You can easily have a conversation with others in Dutch.
