This position is based in Brussels , within a well-established international business services group operating across multiple European markets. The organisation employs 1000+ FTEs locally and manages high eight-figure turnover , with recurring revenue streams and a strong operational backbone. It is a role for Finance Managers l Senior Controllers who want scope, responsibility, and a clear step up . What you will do Take end-to-end ownership of financial performance for your scope, ensuring reliable reporting, analysis, and follow-up Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, translating strategic objectives into structured financial plans Oversee monthly closings and performance reviews, ensuring consistency, quality, and insight across entities Act as the financial reference point for management, bringing structure and clarity to operational and strategic decisions Clear scope. Broader ownership. No artificial complexity.
