Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications that guide our development teams.
Design and document comprehensive solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee the successful execution of your designs.
Validate implementations through thorough testing, ensuring the solution meets the desired business outcomes.
Engage in team collaboration , attending daily meetings to discuss project progress, solve challenges, and refine solutions with key users and stakeholders.
A deep understanding of Utilities or public transport/aviation business processes and an eagerness to keep learning.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
Master's degree in a business economics, business engineering or technology-oriented field (ICT, business analytics, engineering, computer science)
Proven experience in Utilities or Public Transport/Aviation sector , specifically as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an IT-implementation project in utilities is a plus, but not a requirement.
Affinity with ERP ( SAP ECC or S4, SAP IS-U), Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and can express yourself in French/Dutch.
