Heb je praktijkervaring met CRO , meetplannen en het optimaliseren van digitale kanalen (web & app)? En voel je je comfortabel in de samenwerking met UX, business én development? Voor de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van digitale diensten zoeken we een Lead Digital Performance & Insights . In deze rol fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen organisatie, technologie, UX en business. Je hebt een directe impact op hoe eindgebruikers de digitale kanalen dagelijks ervaren. Dit is geen klassieke marketingrol , al werk je wel nauw samen met marketing om de volledige digitale klantenreis te versterken. Jouw missie Je verbetert de digitale prestaties over de volledige funnel (acquisitie, activatie, retentie en loyaliteit) door: het uitbouwen en beheren van een robuust meet- en analysefundament het blootleggen van kwantitatieve én kwalitatieve inzichten het activeren van multidisciplinaire teams (UX, Product, Marketing, BI) Daarnaast begeleid en coach je collega’s zodat zij zelfstandig verder kunnen werken binnen een data-gedreven aanpak. Verantwoordelijkheden Opzetten en uitvoeren van digitale analyses (kwantitatief & kwalitatief) Uitwerken van meetplannen gelinkt aan KPI’s en OKR’s Meewerken aan data-integraties tussen diverse platformen (data intelligence, CRM, klantplatformen, …) Optimaliseren van user flows (activatie, conversie, retentie, acquisitie) Fungeren als brug tussen UX, Product Owners, Business Analysts en marketing Ondersteunen en stimuleren van data-gedreven initiatieven binnen de organisatie Bevorderen van besluitvorming op basis van data, zowel strategisch als operationeel Jouw profiel Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in digitale analyse, CRO of data-gedreven optimalisatie Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een hands-on en resultaatgerichte mindset Analytisch sterk, durft standpunten innemen en inzichten helder te vertalen Affiniteit met digitale groei, UX en agile werken Ervaring met zowel mobiele apps als webomgevingen Technische kennis (o.a.) GA4 & GTM (client- en/of server-side), Firebase, eventschema’s Hotjar of gelijkaardige tools, interviews, usability testing, heuristieken Optimizely, VWO of feature-flag frameworks CDP’s en BI-tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, …) Governance rond optimalisatieprocessen Talen Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands Vlotte communicatie in het Engels Kennis van het Frans is een plus
