Business Analyst/Functional Analyst

Description de la fonction Vous êtes prêt à devenir notre nouveau Business Analyst/Functional Analyst? Dans ce rôle, vous êtes responsable de l’analyse, la définition, l’implémentation et de la documentation des besoins liés à l’évolution des applications IT. Vous le faites pour les utilisateurs internes et externes, et cela, sans jamais perdre de vue les besoins légaux et autres exigences émanant des partenaires internes et externes.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes en matière d’analyse fonctionnelle et le développement d’applications au sein d’un sous-domaine. Veiller à ce que le développement réponde aux exigences structurées du business, de façon à permettre à nos systèmes de répondre aux besoins légaux et évolutifs émanant des partenaires internes et externes.
- Faire partie du processus de contrôle de qualité et organiser la procédure de tests d’acceptance pour les livraisons de votre propre sous-domaine, avec l’aide d’un expert, afin de garantir au maximum le respect du processus de qualité en accord avec la demande originale.
- Documenter les applications et le processus. Participer à des missions de support afin de permettre à nos clients internes et externes d’obtenir une réponse exhaustive à leur question dans les délais voulus.
- Développer une expertise au sein des sous-domaines. Favoriser les connaissances et échanger des expériences au sein de l’organisation. Utiliser de façon optimale les solutions liées au sous-domaine d’activité. Devenir un visage des Mutualités Libres, capable de nous représenter auprès des partenaires internes et externes – avec l’encadrement nécessaire, bien entendu.
Profil Votre fibre analytique et votre esprit critique font votre fierté. Vous pensez en termes de solutions et ne craignez pas de challenger votre client. Tout est dans l’art de savoir écouter et de poser les bonnes questions. Le sens de la négociation est également dans votre nature, grâce à vos talents de diplomate et votre patience. Vous avez l’esprit curieux, et vous communiquez clairement et facilement. Présenter votre matière – et la défendre – en public ne vous pose aucun problème.
- Master – de préférence dans une filière scientifique – ou expérience équivalente.
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience
- Vif intérêt pour la méthodologie et la gestion de projets. Les techniques de négociation vous sont familières également.
- Vous menez les réunions avec le naturel nécessaire.
- Connaissances approfondies de MS Office et connaissances de base en informatique (DB, SQL …).
- Vous maîtrisez les méthodes d’analyse et les outils de modélisation
- (SPARX, par exemple), la conception de projets de développement informatique (Agile, Object Oriented, SDLC …) et les processus de gouvernance d’une entreprise.
- Vous êtes bilingue (français/néerlandais). L’anglais est un plus.
