Inbound Marketer

The Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), member of the Eurosystem, is currently seeking to recruit for its “ Market infrastructures and oversight ” department, a: MARKET INFRASTRUCTURES expert – Payments (m/f/d) Career: A1Full time - (ref.: 16/ISP/2024) Your mission: You monitor and analyse the impacts of market developments and innovations, in particular in the payments’ area, and take part to meetings with market players in this context;
You check the quality of the collected payment statistics and follow up with the reporting agents;
You contribute to the definition and development of tools for payment statistics analysis and you draft studies, reports and publications on the development of payments and payment instruments in Luxembourg;
and you draft opinions, analysis, publications and briefing notes on the required subjects.
You have a Master's degree or equivalent in economics, business administration, statistics, finance or similar;
You have excellent writing, data analysis and synthesis skills;
You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools, such as SAS; Knowledge of Python/R is an advantage;
You are fluent in French and English; The knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an advantage;
Your interpersonal skills will enable you to integrate easily into your team and successfully carry out your assignments with internal and external parties;
You demonstrate initiative, team spirit, reliability, rigor and are recognised for your organisational skills.
Before signing the contract, the candidates need to present an extract of the criminal record (bulletin n°3) dating from less than 2 months.
