Area Sales Manager – Medical Devices

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our client's high-performing team. You will be responsible for managing a designated territory within Belgium, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within your assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (surgeons, nurses, procurement teams)
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and demos
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win them
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
  • Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
