CYRIUS Partners is op zoek naar een Marketing & Communication Officer voor een van zijn klanten, een dynamische en snelgroeiende KMO in een technische sector die verbonden is met de automobielindustrie. Deze functie rapporteert aan de Commerciële of Algemeen Directeur.
Onze klant ontwerpt en biedt innovatieve oplossingen die afgestemd zijn op de behoeften van de automobielsector. Ze bieden een stimulerende werkomgeving binnen een gepassioneerd en toekomstgericht team.
Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:
Organisatie van evenementen:
- Plannen en organiseren van vakbeurzen, trainingen, klantenevenementen en teambuildingactiviteiten.
- Zorgdragen voor de logistiek en opvolging van interne en externe evenementen.
Commerciële ondersteuning:
- Deelnemen aan klanten- en prospectcampagnes (emailing)
- Deelnemen aan commerciële vergaderingen
Digitale communicatie en marketing:
- Beheren en animeren van de sociale media van het bedrijf (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Coördineren van leveranciers (grafisch ontwerpers, bureaus, enz.) voor marketingcampagnes.
- Analyseren van de effectiviteit van marketingcampagnes en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.
- Ondersteunen van de implementatie van digitale tools en processen die verband houden met AI.
Gezocht profiel:
- Een dynamische en proactieve persoonlijkheid, in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren en zich aan te passen aan een voortdurend veranderende omgeving.
- Essentieel: beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
- Gewenst: een eerste ervaring in marketing of een commerciële rol is een troef, maar niet verplicht.
- Vaardig in het gebruik van digitale tools en interesse in digitalisering en AI.
- Interesse in de automobielsector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
