You’ll join the Governance & Administration team at a key moment of growth. As the right hand of the CFO, you’ll help build a strong financial foundation that supports informed decision-making and sustainable success.

Our ambition is to create a proactive, data-driven finance function that empowers the business. You’ll help us streamline processes, strengthen controls, and turn financial data into strategic insight — laying the groundwork for our next stage of expansion.

You’ll take ownership of accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while supporting the CFO in daily management:
Manage full accounting cycle, ensure compliance and accuracy
Consolidate financial processes, prepare VAT and annual accounts
Daily accounting (invoicing, payments, reconciliations, etc.)
Financial management and process (AR, AP, GL, CC)
Fluent in English and Dutch
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
Team player, we aim to make the company grow together

Knowledge of tax incentives for R&D and innovation
Knowledge in UK accounting

Office in Leuven, within biking/walking distance of the station
