We're working with a fast-growing AI Medtech scale-up who are aiming to impact patient outcomes through intelligent, human-centric technology. Their platform uses modern Machine Learning to support clinicians, improve diagnostics, and streamline decision-making in real healthcare environments.





As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants their work to have real impact in hospitals, clinics, and research centres across the world.








Build high-quality, complex applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript





Work closely with data scientists to integrate Machine Learning / AI models into production systems





Collaborate with product and clinical domain experts to deliver reliable health-tech solutions





Mentor engineers and help define coding standards





Contribute to technical direction and roadmap planning as part of a small, senior team







Professional experience in software engineering (or equivalent senior-level competency)





Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript





Strong understanding of modern web tooling, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud environments





Experience building and operating production-grade applications







Exposure to Machine Learning / AI (ML pipelines, model deployment, inference optimisation, or similar)





Familiarity with medical, regulated, or data-sensitive environments (not required but a plus)





Experience with MicroServices, event-based architecture, or scalable backend systems







Knowledge of medical data formats (FHIR, DICOM) or healthcare workflows





Opportunity to rapidly progress into a Technical Team Lead in the near future
