Currently in a strong expansion phase, VS Digital is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo) to join our team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives.
As a Business Analyst / Project Manager , you will play a central role in our Odoo projects. You will combine business analysis, project management, and ERP expertise to ensure successful delivery for our clients.
This position is ideal for someone with proven Odoo experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage both people and processes.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and project roadmaps.
Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) Support testing, training, and change management.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English + French or Dutch .
Team player with leadership potential, able to guide both clients and colleagues.
Real career growth opportunities towards Business Expert or Project Director roles.
Valuable professional experience through close collaboration with senior experts and diverse clients.
