Cloud Engineer (Azure) – Grow into Cloud Architect We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong Azure expertise who is ready to take the next step towards a Cloud Architect role. You will work in a complex, large-scale environment where cloud platforms are critical to business continuity, security, and innovation—within a utilities / energy market context.
This role offers hands-on engineering today, with clear architectural ownership tomorrow.
Design, build, and operate Azure-based cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS).
Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, patterns, and standards.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, security, and operations teams.
Strong experience as a Cloud Engineer in Azure environments (must-have).
Solid knowledge of:
Exposure to or strong interest in cloud architecture and design principles.
Fluent in Dutch or French (English used in technical context).
