Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden Uitvoeren van root cause analyses en opstellen van oplossingen voor incidenten en problemen. Begeleiden van change requests en vertalen naar business- en functionele requirements. Faciliteren van workshops en werkgroepen met stakeholders. Werken met incident management tools (TopDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Atlassian). Opstellen en beheren van user stories in Azure DevOps. Schrijven, aanpassen en uitvoeren van SQL-queries. Samenwerken met interne en externe teams binnen het ITIL-framework. Must-Have Vereisten Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (Problem & Change Analyst, Business/Functioneel Analist). ITIL Foundation-certificaat. Scrum MasterTM of Product OwnerTM certificaat (of gelijkwaardige ervaring). Bachelor- of Masterdiploma. Ervaring met business & functionele requirements (BPMN, procesoptimalisatie, modellering). Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het leiden van werkgroepen. Ervaring met incident management tools en Azure DevOps. Goede kennis van SQL. Taalvereisten: Nederlands of Frans (C1) Engels (C1) Should-Have Vereisten Prince2 Foundation-certificaat (of gelijkwaardige ervaring). Kennis van de Belgische energiemarkt.
