You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry. Job description Ensure microbial control of process, cleanroom and clean utility systems Set up monitoring plans, define limits, perform trend evaluation and implement improvements Deliver Performance Qualification documentation for cleanrooms and clean utilities Conduct trend reporting of microbial data across process, utilities and cleanroom environments Lead or coordinate investigations for deviations related to process, clean utilities or cleanrooms Assess microbial risk and impact for deviations and change controls Contribute contamination control insights to support product impact assessments Shape and elaborate the contamination control strategy for the site Support awareness and training sessions on contamination control Act as a contamination control subject-matter expert for cross-functional stakeholders Participate in audits and inspections Support site improvement projects Requirements Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or Life Sciences Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality operations Strong understanding of microbial control, cleanroom behaviour and GMP regulations Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical insights clearly Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?
