Functional Analyst
~This major BE insurance organisation is looking for multiple (Senior) Functional Analysts.
The goal would be that the analysts are fully part of the team, that means they will probably be involved in multiple projects as well as (over time) in the run activities. Perform complex business, functional or process analysis of features fulfilling the (non) functional requirements.
Apply advanced modelling languages/tools for analysis.
Develop training materials to help stakeholders understand new systems or processes.
Coordinate activities within the domain such as distribution of tasks, planning and follow up of the progress.
NL or FR language (fluent) + English
Somewhat Senior Functional Analyst profile, ideally with Insurance/Banking exp
however an SQL query, API's, reviewing logs for analysis is expected.
Knowledge of project management methods and concepts.
Able to coach juniors would be a nice bonus
