Senior Android Developer

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer who sees software development as a craft and enjoys building high-quality mobile experiences used by millions. You will join a cross-functional Agile team and be responsible for: Translating functional requirements into clean, maintainable Kotlin code Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance Android applications Collaborating with team members to deliver new features Working with external data sources, APIs, and backend services Ensuring optimal app performance, responsiveness, and reliability Writing robust unit tests and applying test-driven development practices Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and defects Continuously improving code quality, structure, and automation Required Skills: Strong Kotlin expertise Practical experience with Jetpack Compose and Material 3 Deep understanding of Android SDKs, UI principles, and design guidelines Clean code practices and strong refactoring skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/SVN) Integration of RESTful APIs and third-party libraries Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Docker, containers, or Groovy Experience in large Agile/Scrum teams Soft Skills and Mindset: Strong Agile mindset embracing openness, respect, focus, commitment, and courage Comfortable with pair programming and knowledge sharing Ability to challenge requirements constructively Team-oriented approach prioritizing collective success Continuous learner focused on personal and team improvement Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
