Finance Manager

Group BRS, een dynamische renovatie onderneming, staat bekend om kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie. Ter versterking van het kernteam zoeken we een Finance Manager die hands-on financiële processen beheert en de financiële strategie vorm geeft. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en krijgt de unieke kans om onderbouwd te evolueren naar een leidinggevende financiële rol binnen een groeiende organisatie.
Jouw focus
Financieel beheer en analytische boekhouding
- Beheer van financiële processen: betalingen en cashflow monitoring.
- Contactpersoon voor de externe boekhouder, met wie je nauw samenwerkt.
- Project controlling en nacalculaties: je analyseert cijfers en identificeert verbeterpunten.
Rapportages en analyses
- Opstellen en analyseren van P&L, cashflow, balansrapporten en ad-hoc analyses.
- Opzetten van een doeltreffend systeem voor analytische boekhouding per project.
- Diepgaande kostprijs- en personeelsanalyses met adviezen ter optimalisatie.
- Je vertaalt cijfers naar concrete strategieën om de financiële gezondheid te versterken.
Procesoptimalisatie en samenwerking
- Je brengt bedrijfsprocessen in kaart, identificeert knelpunten en ontwikkelt oplossingen.
- Efficiënt gebruik van tools zoals SharePoint en Power BI.
- Je werkt samen met collega's om draagvlak te creëren voor verbeteringen.
Jouw profiel
Je bent een analytisch sterke finance professional die zich thuis voelt in een groeiende KMO.
- Ervaring: +5 jaar in analytische boekhouding, controlling of financiële administratie. Ervaring in de bouw- of projecten sector is een plus.
- Vaardigheden: analytisch, proactief en cijfermatig inzicht. Kennis van Power BI is een extra troef.
- Persoonlijkheid: resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en communicatief. Je werkt graag samen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
- Ambitie: je hebt de drive om een team op te bouwen en financiële strategieën te leiden.
