Functieomschrijving Naast de klassieke diensten van het sociaal secretariaat, biedt Acerta ook een loonmotor (Arno) aan klanten die zich voornamelijk in de publieke sector of in de social profit bevinden. Deze loonmotor laat de klanten toe om hun loonberekeningen en personeelsadministratie zelfstandig uit te voeren. Als Technical Consultant zal je de klanten ondersteunen om deze tool op maat te installeren en te implementeren.
Op een efficiënte en effectieve manier analyseer je de loonverwerkingsprocessen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten en pas je de loonmotor aan volgens de mogelijkheden die deze aanbiedt.
Je gaat op zoek naar tijdelijke of structurele oplossingen om de loonverwerkingscyclus van de klant te garanderen.
Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe - en de optimalisatie van bestaande modules. Je doet dit door input te geven en regelmatig te evalueren. Je gaat hiervoor regelmatig in overleg met je collega’s van het business development team.
Als Service Consultant binnen het ARNO team sta je in voor de ondersteuning van onze ARNO klanten, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie ARNO en de bijhorende ARNO pakketten. Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met onze klanten en je komt er vaak over de vloer voor de ondersteuning en begeleiding tijdens een implementatietraject, maar ook na het afsluiten van dit traject. Je kan vlot met klanten omgaan en hebt een commerciële flair.
Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en bent klaar om de Franstalige wereld te ontdekken.

Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen).
