Quality Engineer
Make an impact on product quality in a regulated healthcare environment. As a MindCapture consultant, you will help ensure products and processes meet customer, GMP and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant/freelancers for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.


Safeguard product and process quality in line with GMP, customer requirements and internal standards.
Coordinate product complaints end to end, including root cause analysis, documentation and sample management.
Deliver GMP and quality training, and help strengthen a proactive quality culture.
Perform trend analysis on non-conformities and complaints to detect recurring issues and prevent rework.
Conduct supplier audits and support supplier quality follow-up.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects across production and the wider quality system.


Higher scientific degree (industrial pharmacist, bio-engineer, industrial engineer or MSc in biomedical science) with initial work experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working knowledge of GMP.
Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 13485 and QSR is a plus.
Languages: Dutch and English.
