Field Supervisor

QC Supervisor Location: Antwerp/Brussels
As Lab Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the Quality Control lab. You oversee the Quality Control processes in the lab and production to ensure our product quality is guaranteed, timely action is taken in case of deviations, and the final product can be delivered on time to the customer. You closely monitor the correct execution of all lab analyses.
You are responsible for validating the QC results delivered by the QC lab.
You are the first point of contact for colleagues from other departments if there are questions regarding Quality Control.
You provide support to other departments regarding the preparation and review of documents in the management system.
You are responsible for monitoring all QC processes so that the quality of the final product and the applied processes are guaranteed to meet customer expectations and requirements.
You provide training programs for new lab employees.
Bachelor, master, or other relevant diploma is welcome. You have proven experience as a Lab Supervisor, having managed a team of laboratory technicians.
You have experience in training and onboarding new team members, conducting performance reviews and evaluations. Preferably, you have relevant experience working in quality control within a lab environment.
