Onze cliënt zoekt een Head of Legal om zijn dynamische, snelgroeiende organisatie te versterken. Het bedrijf is al 11 jaar actief en heeft de ambitie om tegen 2026 een omzetgroei van +25% te realiseren.

Tot op heden werkte het bedrijf zonder interne jurist en werden juridische dossiers intern opgevolgd of, indien nodig, extern ondersteund door advocatenkantoren. Onze cliënt wenst deze cruciale expertise nu intern te verankeren .

Onze cliënt verwacht dat de Head of Legal instaat voor een breed spectrum aan juridische materies, typisch voor een snelgroeiende dienstverlenende organisatie. Juridisch & contracten: opvolging, opmaak en onderhandeling van contracten met nationale en internationale klanten; Strategisch advies & governance: juridisch advies aan de CEO over juridische en regelgevende risico’s; Compliance & interne processen: toezicht op en implementatie van compliance-normen; ad-hoc juridische ondersteuning aan collega’s.
Tweetalig NL/ENG, goede kennis van Frans

Notre client recherche un(e) Head of Legal pour renforcer sa dynamique entreprise de services. Juridique & contrats : suivi, rédaction et négociation de contrats avec des clients nationaux et internationaux ; standardisation et gestion des contrats fournisseurs et partenaires.
Profil recherché

~Bilingue NL / ENG, bonne connaissance du français
~ Créatif(ve), flexible et motivé(e) par la diversité des sujets
~ Une entreprise en forte croissance avec des projets stimulants
Flexibilité : 3 jours au bureau / 2 jours à domicile
