For our client in the engineering sector, we are looking for a hands-on experienced accountant.

Purchasing – Process invoices and expenses, liaise with suppliers, ensure approvals and compliance
Treasury – Enter bank transactions, verify IBANs, and prepare payment batches
Closings & Audit – Support monthly closings, book provisions, and assist with audits
Tax & Compliance – Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax filings
Team Support – Collaborate with departments and handle accounting-related queries

Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge of Belgian tax and VAT regulations
Experience in monthly closings and audit preparation is a plus
Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with professional English
Strong client service attitude and team player
