We’ve recently invested in new systems and are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can help us maintain and improve our logistics processes. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the linchpin in our warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Together with your co-supervisor, you lead a team of 20 to 30 employees and guarantee efficient logistics operations. Efficient stock management and inventory control : Master data is safe in your hands, and you ensure that all data is correct and complete.
You handle damage cases and claims efficiently, helping us get back on track quickly.
Receiving, storing, and shipping goods : You coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring a thorough quality check.
Planning and hands-on work : You work closely with the Warehouse Manager to set up and execute daily planning. You provide excellent support to departments such as Purchase and Supply/Customer Order Management, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Onboarding and training : You welcome new colleagues and guide them through the internal training process, helping them quickly find their place in the team.
At least two years of experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
Proficient in working with warehouse management systems (e.g., A natural People Manager with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Someone who brings a positive mindset and a warm, approachable presence to the team.
