De Nationale Bank van België (NBB) rekruteert een inspecteur IT-risico's voor haar IT-expertisecentrum binnen het prudentieel toezicht. Dit expertisecentrum ziet erop toe dat financiële instellingen hun IT- en cyberrisico's adequaat beheren, en staat in voor alle aspecten van dit toezicht: de ontwikkeling van beleid en methodologie, het uitvoeren van inspecties en diverse soorten risicoanalyses. Het team opereert zowel in een Belgische als in een internationale context, en zal in de toekomst ook deelnemen aan het Europese oversight op kritieke derde aanbieders van ICT-diensten (cf. DORA).

Heb je kennis van IT-risicobeheer, IT-auditing en/of IT-beveiliging? Functieomschrijving Functie
- je analyseert en beoordeelt de prudentiële IT-risico's bij financiële instellingen (banken, verzekeringsondernemingen, marktinfrastructuren, betalingsinstellingen, beursvennootschappen, …). Dit vooral met betrekking tot cybercriminaliteit, IT-continuïteit, IT-uitbesteding, cloud computing, software-ontwikkeling, project management en datakwaliteit
- je voert IT-inspecties uit bij de instellingen onder toezicht, zowel in België als in het buitenland
- je informeert jezelf over recente ontwikkelingen via vergaderingen met het IT-management, de gespecialiseerde IT-controlefuncties (security officer, BCP/DRP-manager, IT risk management) en de interne audit bij de instellingen onder toezicht, onder andere voor de risicoanalyse van strategische dossiers
- je draagt bij tot de ontwikkeling van het prudentiële beleid, methodologieën en transversale analyses op IT-vlak door deelname aan interne, Belgische en internationale werkgroepen.
- je bezit een diploma van ingenieur, licentiaat/master in wiskunde en/of informatica, of je hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring, aangevuld met grondige kennis van de IT-processen en -technologieën in de financiële sector
- je hebt ervaring in IT-audit
- je hanteert een methodische aanpak bij de analyse van de IT-processen en -risico's en het voorstellen van gepaste oplossingen
- je hebt een analytische geest en zin voor synthese
- je durft initiatief te nemen
- je kan zowel zelfstandig als in een dynamisch team functioneren
- je bent assertief en bezit argumentatiekracht
- je beschikt over goede communicatie- en rapporteringsvaardigheden
- je hebt een grondige kennis van het Engels (niveau C1), en kennis van het Frans (niveau A2)
- je bent bereid om te reizen voor het werk
- je wil bijdragen aan de stabiliteit van het financiële systeem.
