Project Manager - Insurance Sector (Mainframe Implementation) Location: Hybrid - Brussels Workload: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until summer (possible extension depending on internal availability) Rate: €600-700 per day. Our client is at the early stage of implementing a new mainframe system mandated by the parent Group. Several countries have already adopted this platform, and the local rollout is now beginning. We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to guide this implementation successfully. Profile Requirements Insurance expertise, ideally within the sales domain Proven experience with technology implementations and program/project management Strong ability to moderate workshops and steer discussions productively Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels Skilled in requirements management and translating business needs into actionable steps Senior enough to own requirements, validate user stories, and align with stakeholders Strong prioritization capabilities Able to work independently, while collaborating closely with business analysts and SMEs Structured, assertive, and comfortable pushing back when needed to ensure project clarity and focus Role Context You will take ownership of a key international implementation project in the insurance sector. The system has already been rolled out in other countries, and you will play a central role in ensuring a smooth local adoption - coordinating with group teams, local stakeholders, and technical experts.
