Functieomschrijving Vilvoorde Als Key Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en verbreden van een omvangrijke klantenportefeuille. Op basis van je drive, analytische skills, negotiatietalent, partnership mindset maak je elke dag het verschil en blink je uit in professionaliteit. Jouw uitdaging Je beheert een volledig eigen klantenportfolio (adverteerders & mediabureau) en bent verantwoordelijk voor de omzet van alle media binnen deze klantenportefeuille; Je sluit de contracten met deze adverteerders en werkt in sterk partnership met de adverteerder en de mediabureaus en adviseert de business stakeholders in de mediaplannen op Televisie, Digitaal, Radio en Print; Je bent het 1e aanspreekpunt voor jouw adverteerders & agentschap en een echteambassadeur van alle DPG Media merken, dit zowel voor Noord als voor Zuid (tv channels van VTM/RTL, de radiomerken Qmusic/Joe/Willy/Bel RTL/Radio Contact/Nostalgie, de printmerken Het Laatste Nieuws, De Morgen, Humo, Dag Allemaal,... en ook alle digitale platformen van deze merken VTM GO, HLN, RTL Play); Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving en bent het commercieel gezicht van DPG Media. Profiel Jouw profiel Je bent in het bezit van een master diploma in een economische richting (TEW/ HIR/HW); Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante sales-ervaring in Media, retail en/of FMCG; Je hebt een bijzonder sterke commerciële feeling en bent een echte onderhandelaar; Je analytische skills zijn van een zeer hoog niveau en je maakt het verschil in voorbereiding, diepgaande analyse en synthese; Je legt de lat hoog en gaat steeds voor het maximale resultaat; Je bent een netwerkbouwer en opent permanent deuren; Je communiceert vlot enassertief in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels; Je beschikt over een aanstekelijke portie energie, enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht; Je bent een echte teamplayer, bent sterk in het intern afstemmen en aligneren met je collega's.
