ICARE Executive Search is voor een internationale klant op zoek naar een Project Manager HVAC-KOELING in Industrial, Tertiary and Commercial voor een vast contract. Je rapporteert aan de National Director en je belangrijkste taak is gebaseerd op de volgende 3 gebieden: 1) Teambeheer (5 tot 9 tech) U bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van uw teams en de ontwikkeling van hun vaardigheden om de doelstellingen op het gebied van kwaliteit, termijnen, veiligheid en financiële doelstellingen te bereiken. 2) Professionele klantenrelaties (industrie, commerciële en tertiaire sector) Het professionalisme van je team en je interpersoonlijke vaardigheden zullen je in staat stellen om een optimale klantenservice te bieden. Het is jouw taak om klanten aan je te binden door middel van regelmatige verkoopcampagnes. Het kan nodig zijn om je klantenportefeuille te ontwikkelen door te prospecteren en te netwerken. 3) Financieel beheer van budgetten en doelstellingen voor jouw gebied Je stelt de jaarlijkse doelstellingen en budgetten van je structuur op om de doelstellingen te bereiken. Je controleert de bedrijfsactiviteiten en rapporteert maandelijks over de winstgevendheid. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de juiste facturatie- en inningsprocessen worden gevolgd. Hoofdtaken Administratieve en technische opvolging van onderhoudsprojecten Operationele coördinatie met interne teams Analyse van de behoeften van de klant en voorstellen van geschikte oplossingen Organisatie van vergaderingen op locatie en verkoop- en coördinatievergaderingen met klanten en partners. Opstellen en bewaken van specificaties en budgetten. Profiel Je hebt een grondige technische kennis van HVAC Heel Goed Kennis van de industriële en/of commerciële/tertiaire koelsector Je hebt een eerste ervaring in teambeheer (Team Leader, Works Supervisor, enz.). Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke en commerciële vaardigheden. Je neemt graag het heft in eigen handen zoals een Profit Centre Director.
