B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Electrical-Automation and Instrumentation Supervisor in our Energy team. As an Electrical-Automation and Instrumentation Supervisor at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning. Your responsabilities: Supervise and organize EIA works on site, support planning, and coordinate with stakeholders. Enforce HSE requirements: inspections, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), work permits, toolbox meetings, and HSE reporting. Follow up subcontractors: progress, workforce, costs, inventories, and kick-off meetings. Ensure quality control: inspections per ITP, ATEX audits, third-party certifications, NCR and punch list management. Maintain documentation and daily reporting (logbook, as-built updates, progress reports) Your profile: You have a Master Degree in electrical or automation engineering, You have knowledge on main electrical components (33kV transformer, motors, drives, MCC, automation, sensors,...) You have experience with site management and HSE, You have effective communication skills, You are used to dealing with suppliers / customers, You are fluent in French, and in English.
