Functional Analyst Location: Language requirement: French/ Dutch
Understand Client's existing Life & Pensions business processes and system landscape.
Analyze Mainframe and CICS-based applications to map data flows and business logic.
Conduct discussions with business users and IT teams to gather requirements.
Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in the insurance domain.
~ Strong knowledge of Life and Pension products in the Belgian market.
~ Added Advantage if knowledge on Mainframe, CICS, JCL, and COBOL.
~ Fluent in English & French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
