Challenges

We zijn op zoek naar een voltijdse "vaste medewerker" met een aantal jaar ervaring, en interesse in een consultancy opdracht. Als IT-projectmanager leidt je de IT-projecten van onze klanten in goede banen, ben je sterk in communicatie want je bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor onze klant en fungeert als schakel tussen business en IT. Je zorgt voor een vlotte vooruitgang van het project, houdt toezicht op scope, budget, planning en vanzelfsprekend zorg je ervoor dat de doelstellingen binnen de afgesproken termijn behaald worden.

Wat verwachten we

  • 4-6 jaar ervaring als projectmanager met het begeleiden van applicatieve projecten
  • Sterk in organisatie, planning, budgetbeheer & bewaken van deadlines
  • Sterk in stakeholder management
  • Sterk in communicatie met interne- en externe stakeholders
  • Je anticipeert op problemen en bovendien ben je flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement methodologieën
  • Ervaring met Agile manier van werken
  • Je kan werken in een complexe en uitdagende omgeving
  • Je bent in het bezit een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je woont in België
  • Taal: Nederlands CEFR/C2, Eng zeer goed, spreek je ook een mondje Frans dan is dat een sterke plus
