Hays - Security Architect

As Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security systems across IT platforms and applications. Your mission includes Developing and maintaining security policies and procedures Designing zero-trust security architectures and secure systems Leading vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and security audits Managing cloud and network security, identity and access management Performing threat analysis and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards Supporting project teams in addressing cybersecurity requirements for clients This role requires close collaboration with software development and IT teams to ensure security best practices are Embedded throughout the organization. Your profile To succeed in this position, you should have: Fluency in English, French is an asset A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or related roles Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 frameworks, secure coding practices, and OWASP guidelines Expertise in network security, encryption standards, and authentication protocols Familiarity with IoT and industrial networking concepts Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or CompTIA Security Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team and a proactive mindset What you'll get in return You will join an innovative scale-up with an international outlook and strong growth ambitions.
