Engineer/Constructeur

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled product engineer to join our tech team. In this role, you will act as the central link between our customer, finance, legal, marketing, engineering, design and data teams to ensure the product roadmap reflects real user needs and strategic goals. This includes gathering cross-functional input, conducting research and analysis, shaping priorities and translating them into a clear, actionable backlog for the engineering and design teams. You’ll also support testing and ensure solutions are aligned with business value and company strategy.

Align with the customer service team to gather recurring customer pain points and feedback
Data & Business Analysis
Define and coordinate data requests to inform decisions
Work closely with the data team to prioritize insights that support product decisions
Perform business analysis to articulate the value and impact of potential solutions

Engineering & Execution
Align the sprint backlog and priorities with the engineering team
Write high-level product to-dos and collaborate with engineers to refine them
Ensure proper end-to-end testing is in place and support in testing product features
Monitor product quality and identify improvement opportunities

This role reports to the Tech lead and is located in Nevele.

Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, customer service, marketing, and operations
~ Hands-on experience conducting or leveraging user research, market research, and data analysis
~ Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planningExperience in coordinating end-to-end testing and ensuring product quality in production


Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and feedback into clear product decisions
Ability to write high-level product requirements and break them down with engineering into actionable tasks
