Project Procurement Manager – CAPEX Olen / Hoboken (1–2 dagen op site) Langdurige opdracht Jouw focus: projecten van 1–20M, waar ownership, snelheid en onderhandelingservaring cruciaal zijn. Over de Rol We zoeken een Project Procurement Manager die het volledige aankoopluik van middelgrote tot grote CAPEX-projecten (1–20 miljoen euro) in goede banen leidt. Je maakt deel uit van het projectteam en neemt ownership over alles wat met procurement te maken heeft: strategie, sourcing, onderhandelingen, contracten en supplier management. Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden Procurement & strategie • Opstellen en uitvoeren van een procurementstrategie per project • Marktverkenning en leveranciersselectie voor diverse pakketten (equipment, construction, engineering services...) Contracting & onderhandelingen • Leiding nemen in complexe onderhandelingen: commercieel, contractueel, risico's, KPI's, planning, claims • Voorbereiden van contracten en afstemming met Legal • Escaleren en opvolgen van contractuele issues Uitvoering & opvolging • Bewaken dat alle CAPEX-procedures strikt gevolgd worden • Dagelijkse pre-screening van leveranciers (max. drie geselecteerde kandidaten per package) • Opvolgen van leveranciersperformantie tijdens uitvoering • Rapporteren in SteerCo's en ondersteunen bij interne beslissingsmomenten Samenwerking • Nauw samenwerken met Project Managers, Engineering (intern & extern), Category Management, OPX en CAPEX-compliance teams • Regelmatig schakelen met externe engineeringpartners Jouw Profiel Ervaring & expertise Ervaring in Project Procurement, niet enkel operationele aankoop Vertrouwd met CAPEX-projecten tussen 1–20M Sterk in complexe contractonderhandelingen Maturiteit, commercieel inzicht en ownership Competenties Analytisch, hands-on en stressbestendig Sterke stakeholdercommunicatie Kan zelfstandig werken en snel schakelen Comfortabel in een omgeving in verandering Taal & beschikbaarheid Nederlands is verplicht Regelmatige aanwezigheid op site in Olen/Hoboken ✘ Profielen die te ver van de site wonen matchen minder goed Team & Context Je werkt binnen het Projects Team samen met: • Project Managers • Engineering teams (intern & extern) • Category Managers • OPX & CAPEX compliance Praktische Info • Intake via Teams • Tweede gesprek fysiek op site • Verwachting: maximaal drie voorgeselecteerde CV's per leverancier • Geen relocatie, standaard expense policy • Start flexibel – juiste match primeert Voor wie dit ideaal is ✓ Iemand die meteen inzetbaar is in CAPEX-projecten ✓ Geen afwachtende houding, maar initiatief & "drive" ✓ Iemand die procedures respecteert én voortgang blijft duwen
