As a CX Solutions Analyst at ORAC, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how our customers experience our digital world. You’ll blend analytical thinking, user empathy, and a passion for technology to craft seamless journeys across our E-commerce and Product Information (PIM) platforms.

You’ll be the curious problem-solver who ensures our systems run like clockwork—and the creative thinker who helps us imagine what’s next. In short, you won’t just support our digital experience—you’ll help shape it.

🧩 You’ll dive into technical challenges, requalify tickets, and collaborate with business teams and tech partners to get things running smoothly—fast. You’ll also empower our IT Operations team to grow toward full autonomy.

📚 You’ll create user-friendly documentation, guides, and records that help everyone—from marketers to developers—navigate our systems with confidence.

🧪 Test, tweak, and innovate – Whether it’s a new feature or a major release, you’ll put updates through their paces. You’ll also jump into CX projects, testing fresh ideas and supporting go-lives that push our digital evolution forward.

💡 You’ll evaluate change requests, identify smarter ways of working, and turn data into actionable insights through web tracking and analytics. You’re skilled in testing and validation processes to ensure platform stability.
You continuously improve UI/UX and manage web content with precision.
You communicate clearly—both in writing and speaking—and create user-friendly documentation in English.
