Functieomschrijving Ben jij klaar om een cruciale rol te vervullen in de implementatie van een gloednieuw financieel systeem voor het GO en zijn scholengroepen? Als Product Owner ben jij de verbindende factor tussen het projectteam, de financiële verantwoordelijken en de eindgebruikers, met als doel een vlekkeloze en waardevolle ontwikkeling en implementatie te verzekeren. In deze rol werk je hand in hand met de projectleider en andere belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat het nieuwe systeem perfect aansluit op de behoeften, kwaliteitsnormen en wettelijke vereisten. Je hebt een breed inzicht in de financiële werking van de scholengroepen en de centrale diensten en vertaalt deze inzichten naar functionele en niet-functionele vereisten voor het systeem. Je begeleidt de configuratiewerkzaamheden in samenwerking met de leverancier, waarbij je altijd oog hebt voor de waarde die elke taak toevoegt aan het eindproduct. Dankzij jouw continue interactie met de eindgebruikers, scholengroepen en centrale diensten, kunnen vereisten worden verfijnd, acceptatiecriteria worden vastgesteld en vragen van het ontwikkelingsteam worden beantwoord. Met jouw organisatorisch talent organiseer je demo's, feedbacksessies en acceptatietesten om de voortgang van het project te tonen en input te verzamelen van gebruikers. Je communiceert regelmatig met alle belanghebbenden over de status van de product backlog, wat zorgt voor transparantie en betrokkenheid bij het ontwikkelingsproces. Maar daar stopt het niet. Als Product Owner schat je risico's in en bied je proactief oplossingen aan voor eventuele problemen die zich voordoen tijdens de implementatie. Je streeft naar een gestandaardiseerde uniforme inrichtingslogica van het systeem over alle scholengroepen heen, waardoor het applicatiebeheer in latere fasen aanzienlijk wordt vereenvoudigd. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en het uitbouwen van een helpdesk, zodat het systeem betrouwbaar en consistent presteert in alle scholengroepen en centrale diensten van het GO.Klaar om een verschil te maken?
