L'unité Le BPO intervient en tant que service du personnel externe pour les clients.
L'intervention s'effectue de manière structurelle, lorsque des clients décident de sous-traiter l'administration de leur personnel, y compris la préparation des salaires et le calcul salarial, à SD Worx. Grâce à son offre modulaire, notre unité reprend des tâches ciblées de clients et les exécute de la manière la plus performante et la plus rentable possible.

Vos tâches sont les suivantes :

- guider, motiver et accompagner les Team Managers et leurs équipes en Wallonie;
- développer et entretenir une relation de confiance solide avec notre clientèle;
- pouvoir aborder les problèmes de manière analytique à un niveau supérieur et trouver une solution;
- créer la bonne image de SD Worx comme un fournisseur RH de poids par votre présence sur le marché;
- être au fait des thèmes et tendances RH sur le plan tactique et stratégique et suivre les
nouveautés;
- optimiser le fonctionnement de votre équipe.

Nous attendons de vous :

- au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente;
- une expérience dans une fonction similaire;
- un bagage RH généraliste et de l'expérience dans le traitement du payroll, la prestation de services et la reprise de processus clients, complétée par une expérience commerciale;
- de bonnes compétences de gestion et de coaching des collaborateurs pour diriger et motiver 4 team managers et leurs équipes;
- de solides compétences en communication et d'excellentes techniques de négociation ;
- une très bonne capacité analytique et un esprit orienté solution;
- une personne entreprenante capable de penser dans le sens de l'organisation;
- une certaine influence, une capacité de gagner rapidement la confiance et une attitude
orientée client évidente;
- francophone avec une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais ;
- de la flexibilité;
- le respect des budgets préétablis et la réalisation des objectifs tant individuels
qu'organisationnels.
