Als Payments Business Owner ben je het centrale referentiepunt aanspreekpunt voor alle betalingsprocessen van de bank en speel je een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling ervan. Je bent het aanspreekpunt de contactpersoon voor externe leveranciers en de interne expert voor processen die verband houden met de business. In projecten lever je de analyses die nodig zijn om betaaloplossingen te ontwikkelen, dankzij jouw kijk op de hele keten het hele proces. Je stelt testplannen op, volgt ze op en voert ze uit. Je organiseert de operationele opvolging van opgeleverde projecten en traint de operationele teams. Op dagelijkse basis volg je de ontwikkelingen in de betaalwereld en vertegenwoordig je de bank in brancheorganen bij de sectorale organisaties.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden:
- Verzamel, analyseer en documenteer de business- en technische vereisten met betrekking tot betalingsoplossingen, inclusief SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, kaartbetalingen en eventuele andere (toekomstige) betalingsmethodes;
- Begrijp en vertaal de behoeften van alle betrokkenen naar functionele specificaties;
- Evalueer en verbeter betalingsprocessen om efficiëntie, gebruiksgemak en naleving van regelgeving te garanderen;
- Volg markttrends en innovaties in betalingen (zoals PSD3, open banking) en adviseer over mogelijke implementatie;
- Ondersteun de implementatie van projecten door te fungeren als schakel tussen business en IT;
- Test en valideer nieuwe oplossingen om te zorgen voor een naadloze integratie in de bestaande omgeving;
- Documenteer en begeleid verandertrajecten;
- Werk nauw samen met interne teams, waaronder product management, compliance, IT en back-office;
- Communiceer regelmatig met externe partijen zoals bv. betalingsproviders, regelgevende instanties, sectorfederatie;
- Organiseer workshops en vergaderingen om consensus te bereiken en vereisten en prioriteiten te valideren;
- Ondersteun bij audits en interne controles met betrekking tot betalingssystemen.

Profielvereisten:
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfsmanagement, IT, financiën of een aanverwant vakgebied;
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als business analist/business owner in de financiële sector, bij voorkeur binnen het betalingsdomein;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden met het vermogen om complexe gegevens en processen te begrijpen en te vereenvoudigen;
- Ervaring met betalingssystemen zoals SWIFT, SEPA, en instant payments;
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands of Frans (met goede kennis van de andere landstaal) en Engels;
- Proactief en oplossingsgericht;
- Vermogen om effectief te werken in multidisciplinaire teams;
- Hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.

En tant que Business Owner Payments vous êtes le référent central de tous les processus de paiements de la banque et jouez un rôle actif dans leur évolution. Vous êtes le point de contact des fournisseurs externes et l'expert interne des processus liés à l'activité. Dans les projets, vous fournissez les analyses nécessaires au développement des solutions de paiement grâce à votre vue sur la chaine complète. Vous établissez, suivez et exécutez les plans de tests. Vous organisez le suivi opérationnel des projets livrés et formez les équipes opérationnelles. Au quotidien, vous suivez les évolutions dans le monde des paiements et représentez la banque dans les instances sectorielles.

- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à comprendre et à simplifier des données et des processus complexes ;
- Expérience des systèmes de paiement tels que SWIFT, SEPA et les paiements instantanés ;
- Excellentes capacités de communication en néerlandais ou en français (avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue nationale) et en anglais ;
- Proactif et orienté vers la recherche de solutions ;
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
