Medical Device Sales Representative

This person will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic account planning and customer engagement across Belgium. This role involves daily travel to visit hospitals, homecare accounts, wholesalers, and other key institutions, with occasional overnight stays and travel to the UK.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, organizing training sessions, product sampling, and attending industry events focused on ostomy and wound care professionals.
The role requires strong market knowledge, technical product expertise, and the ability to build a network of key contacts. Competency in reporting and the ability to develop and present sales reports are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets by executing strategic sales plans
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth
- Negotiate and secure hospital contracts
- Present and promote the product portfolio
- Deliver engaging product training sessions and company presentations
- Actively participate in hospital procurement processes and public tenders
- Plan and execute effective product launch strategies for channel partners and customers
