Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for an HVAC Project Engineer to join its team in the Dutch speaking part of the country. As HVAC project engineer, you will responsible for coordinating technical aspects of engineering projects, ensuring that design, procurement, and execution align with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. They serve as a bridge between engineering teams, contractors, and project management to deliver successful project outcomes. ABOUT THE POSITION: Design and specification of HVAC systems for cleanrooms, laboratories, and production areas in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA) Develop and review technical documentation, including P&IDs, system layouts, and control philosophies, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, electrical, automation) to ensure HVAC systems integrate seamlessly with facility and process design. Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of HVAC systems, ensuring performance criteria such as temperature, humidity, and air change rates are met. Support validation and regulatory compliance activities, including risk assessments and documentation (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ). Troubleshoot and optimize HVAC performance to ensure reliability, energy efficiency, and adherence to environmental conditions required for pharmaceutical operations. ABOUT YOU: You have a Master's degree in electrical, electromechanical, chemical, or bioscience engineering You have at least 2 years of relevant experiences in the industry You aim at developing project management skills while bringing technical insights You are fluent in Dutch and English ABOUT US: Vulcain Engineering is a group specialized in the energy sector that supports companies active in Renewable & Nuclear Energy, Gas & Infrastructure through our Study Offices and Consultancy services.
