Jouw nieuwe rol: Als Junior Recruitment Consultant maak je langdurige matches tussen talent en bedrijven. Dit helemaal in lijn met onze waarden: Be bold and curious : je gaat proactief op zoek naar kandidaten via diverse kanalen en voert diepgaande interviews waarin je écht luistert en durft door te vragen. Own the outcomes : je bouwt langdurige klantenrelaties uit via business development en neemt ownership over het volledige rekruteringsproces. Be better together : je deelt je expertise binnen een nichemarkt en werkt nauw samen met collega's om successen te vieren in een inclusieve omgeving. Champion the customer : je begeleidt kandidaten en klanten van A tot Z en zorgt voor oplossingen op maat die écht het verschil maken. Zo maak jij het verschil: Je bent ondernemend, mensgericht en durft buiten jouw comfortzone te stappen. Jouw peoplemindset en drive om resultaten te behalen, onderscheiden je van de rest Maar wat nog? Heb je een studieachtergrond in Business of HR? Yes please, maar wie weet verras jij ons met iets anders. Je wilt jouw eerste stappen in recruitment zetten en meteen impact maken. Je bent veerkrachtig, nieuwsgierig en neemt initiatief.
