🎯 ITSM Process & Project Officer – Mission long terme (Bruxelles) Underside SRL , partenaire technologique belge reconnu pour son expertise Apple et ses solutions IT haut de gamme, recherche un nouveau collaborateur pour une mission à long terme au sein d’une agence gouvernementale belge , basée principalement à Bruxelles . 🧩 Votre rôle Vous interviendrez comme référent fonctionnel et technique d’une plateforme ITSM (IT Service Management) , outil central de gestion des services IT et des processus de support. Cette plateforme permet notamment : le suivi des incidents, demandes et changements informatiques ; la communication structurée entre les utilisateurs et les équipes IT ; la standardisation des processus afin d’améliorer l’efficacité, la qualité de service et la traçabilité des interventions. Après une formation complète à la plateforme, vous en deviendrez le point de contact principal et assurerez : la gestion opérationnelle de la plateforme ITSM (maintenance, mises à jour, évolutions fonctionnelles – niveaux 2 et 3) ; la collaboration étroite avec les utilisateurs et les équipes internes afin d’identifier les besoins et proposer des améliorations ; la documentation des processus et procédures , ainsi que la formation des utilisateurs aux nouveaux outils ou fonctionnalités ; la participation active à la modernisation et à l’optimisation des processus IT au sein de l’organisation. 👤 Profil recherché Vous parlez français et anglais couramment (le néerlandais est un atout ). Vous disposez d’un esprit logique, structuré et orienté processus . Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement IT et appréciez le contact avec les utilisateurs. Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et d’apprentissage , vous permettant de maîtriser rapidement de nouveaux outils. Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et autonome , tout en appréciant le travail en équipe. Une première expérience dans un environnement IT support, helpdesk ou administration d’outils ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, GLPI ou équivalent) constitue un atout.
