•Our partner expects you to handle employee queries regarding payroll, providing timely and personalized support to clients.
•Given the nature of the role, you will be required to ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including Luxembourg's social security and tax laws.
•To maintain the high quality of service, you will need to stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
•After gaining experience in the role, you will also be expected to assist junior staff members , contributing to their professional growth through mentorship. Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Fiduciary – International – PFS •Our partner is seeking a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in a payroll role within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four in Luxembourg.
•For this role, fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
•A solid understanding of Luxembourg payroll laws, social security, and taxation is essential for the position.
•To be the ideal candidate, you should possess excellent interpersonal and team-working skills , with a strong client-focused mindset.
